Joia Jitahidi
Joia Jitahidi, MCC,
has spent more than twenty-five years
coaching senior level executives and
managers in organizations ranging from
not-for-profit agencies to Fortune 50
companies. She has just completed 16 months
of training and education with Jay Abraham,
Master Coach.
She began her training
as a Life Coach with Richard Nelson Bolles
(What Color is Your Parachute?) and went on
to study with Ken Blanchard and later with
Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad/Poor Dad).
As a facilitator of conversations all
over the world, Joia served as the Executive
Coach to the Facilitator to the United
Nations Developing Programs (UNDP)
Leadership Initiative with Focus in Botswana
and South Africa.
In addition to
specializing in creating successful teams
and creating collaborative work
environments, Joia is skilled in leadership
development and effective transformations
in: confidence building, communication
skills, crisis management, and managing
upwards. Her unique approach successfully
clears personal issues around professional
challenges. Joia always delivers
